What a performance from the Broadford Rovers 12.7 team at the DDSL cup at the weekend. They came out 6-1 winners after a brilliant all-around team display!
Sheriff YC came out strong early on, but the boys defended superbly and were kept level thanks to some outstanding saves from Patrick McGrath 👏
Matthew Mullins then struck with a fantastic breakaway goal to give Rovers a 1-0 lead at the break ⚡
The team stepped it up another level in the second half with superb team football on show. Goals from Oisin Rafter, Matthew Mullins and Tadhg O’Reilly capped off some brilliant moves, while Oisin completed a superb hat-trick performance.
