DDSL PLAYER SELF REGISTRATION SEASON 2023 -2024 

Q1. What do I need in advance in order to complete the form? 

A1. Document 1: Any of the following Passport \ Birth Certificate \ or a Dept of  Justice Documentation. 

Document 2: Photo ID with clear head and shoulders. 

Q2. How do I connect to the Player Self Registration System?

A2. Simply place the link below into your browser and press return. https://ddslweb.sportlomo.com/registration/ 

Q3. Is there a guide to assist me in completing the form?

A3. Once you connect to the site click on HELP and view the online video aid.  

Q4. What can I do if I still have issues after viewing the Online  Video aid? 

A4. Click on HELP and connect to the helpdesk via the support link provided.

Q5. Is there information on the Player Insurance Cover? 

A5. Once you connect to the site click on INSURANCE and view the attached  documentation. 

Q6. What happens when I choose NO CLUB YET!? 

A6. You will register with the DDSL and be in receipt of Insurance cover. Later when you have found a club you register for that club by simply Logging In again and assign your child to the club you have registered for and complete the form.

Q7. What happens when I choose KNOW YOUR CLUB? 

A7. You will register with the DDSL and be in receipt of Insurance cover. Select  the Club you wish to register to and complete the form. 

Q8. What happens when I Register? 

A8. Once you Register you will receive a receipt for your transaction and a  welcome notification from the DDSL.  

Q9. How will a club know I have registered my child? 

A9. Every DDSL Club will have a unique LOGIN IN to view all those players who  have registered to their specific club for the 2023 – 2024 season. 

Your Registration helps the league promote our game, our clubs, and our participating  players on a global stage. 

It provides personal accident insurance cover for every player in the league so that all our  players are provided with the required cover. 

It helps each of our 130 Volunteer Clubs and the thousands of Volunteers working in these clubs to grow stronger year on year and help every player develop with their football  education.
